I was in a Wendy's. It was on the edge of town. A car pulled in and three boys came rushing in. They headed for the bathroom. They looked like normal preteens. I assume they had some sense of decorum, but they were clutching themselves and were clearly in distress. One kid wouldn't let the others come in at the same time. He closed the door and locked it. I thought about walking back and letting them into the women's unisex bathroom, but it was none of my business.
Finally they were all done and they headed back to the car.
"That was so not fun," one of them said.
Do not buy children soft drinks before a long drive.
